Each Caplet Contains:
Iron (Ferrous bisglycinate) 28 mg
Folate (Folic acid 400 mcg
Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) 800 mcg
Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) 8 mcg
Vitamin C (Ascorbic acid) 60 mg
Other Ingredients
Cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, vegetable magnesium stearate, silica, water-soluble cellulose.
Dosage
Take 1 caplet daily with a meal. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.
