Ingredients

Each Strip Contains:
Vitamin B12 (Methylcobalamin)1 1,000 mcg
An essential B complex vitamin in the methylcobalamin form for superior absorption compared to other B vitamin forms.
Other Ingredients
Sodium alginate, corn starch, modified corn starch, glycerin, sorbitol, carboxymethyl cellulose, natural mint flavour, polysorbate 80, soy lecithin, sucralose.

Dosage

Dissolve 1 strip on the tongue daily. Store film strips in a dry clean environment between 15°C and 25°C, away from children. Keep cassette in its original hermetically sealed pouch until ready for use.
