Each Tablet Contains:
Vitamin B12 (Methylcobalamin) 1,200 mcg
Each tablet provides for a gradual release of vitamin B12
Other Ingredients
Cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, water-soluble cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate, hydroxypropyl cellulose, silica.

Dosage

Take one tablet daily. Store between 15°C and 25°C , away from children.
